Professional biography
Tamim Izzaoui is a Political Adviser to the European Union Special Representative for the Gulf. A French career diplomat, his extensive regional experience includes diplomatic postings in the Levant and Saudi Arabia, as well as serving with the Office of the UN Special Envoy to Yemen. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Management from Georgetown University and a Master’s Degree in Political Science from the Institut d’Études Politiques de Rennes.
