Professional biography
Bernd Mützelburg is a retired German ambassador, foreign-policy adviser and member of the DAFG Board of Directors.
His diplomatic career included posts as ambassador to Kenya, Estonia and India, service as foreign and security policy adviser to the Federal Chancellor, and a later assignment as Germany’s Special Envoy for Afghanistan and Pakistan.
